BK Giulini GmbH acquired by Summit Research Labs Inc.
As the exclusive North American distributor for all pharmaceutical and cosmetic products supplied by BK Giulini GmbH, we at Parchem – fine & specialty chemicals hereby inform all of our business partners that BK Giulini GmbH has recently been acquired by Summit Research Labs Inc. The closing of the transaction between Summit Research Labs Inc. and BK Giulini GmbH’s parent company, Israel Chemicals Limited, took place on June 26, 2015.
As a result of this transaction, BK Giulini GmbH will now operate under the ownership of Summit Research Labs Inc., using the name SRL Pharma GmbH. This subsidiary of Summit Research Labs Inc. will handle all of the business for BK Giulini GmbH’s pharmaceutical and cosmetics division.
All customer relationships, as well as all product formations, registrations, and information, will remain the same following the transition to the new ownership. Parchem will continue to remain as the exclusive North American distributor for all of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic products produced by SRL Pharma GmbH.
