Notes

Pectinase is a food grade enzyme derived from selected strains of Aspergillus niger.

Its primary application is in the extraction and clarification of fruit juices by decreasing filtration times and increasing juice yields.

Pectinase can also be used for applications like textile/cotton processing, waste water treatment, papermaking, animal feed, oil extraction, and many more.
