Your Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Supply Chain
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize work
  • High attention to detail
  • Technological know-how
  • Outstanding phone, communication and follow up skills
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Market fine and specialty raw materials to targeted industries
  • Develop new business in targeted industries
  • Facilitate inquiries on a daily basis
  • Recognize and take action on customer demand and buying patterns
  • Conduct market research, stay on top of trends and efficiently research and source specialty raw material items
  • Negotiate, optimize and build relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Meet deadlines and respond to business needs in a preemptive manner
  • Work effectively within multiple small groups and a fast paced environment
  • Form alliances and trade partnerships while building relationships with the right decision-makers
