Emersol 221 NF is a versatile oleic acid for use where a light color is required. This double distilled oleic acid offers excellent color stability as well as light initial color. It's low solid acid content, and subsequent low titer, results in low melting derivatives which are generally more soluble than derivatives of products having a higher titer. It also contributes to ease of handling under low-temperature storage conditions. Products made from Emersol 221 NF exhibit excellent resistance to rancidity and oxidation. Packing: 410 lb drum.
